Sports diagnostics and one-to-one training

Advance Fitness Centar is a sports diagnostics and training centre in New Belgrade. Every programme starts with measurement, continues with one-to-one sessions and is checked by a retest every three months.

We work with children who train at a club, with professional and recreational athletes, and with athletes who need to recover after a match or an injury.

Sports diagnostics
on five devices

An Advance Fitness Centar coach prepares a young athlete for a body composition measurement on the InBody 770.Body composition measurement in progress. The athlete stands on the InBody 770 and holds the electrodes while the device measures muscle, fat and water for each segment of the body.A coach and a client read through a printed InBody report showing the measured muscle mass and fat for each segment of the body.

InBody 770 Body composition

We know how much of the weight gained is muscle, and how much is not.

Segmental body composition analysis. It shows how much muscle, fat and water the body carries, separately for the arms, legs and trunk.

Tensiomyography in progress. The client lies with sensors on the legs while the coach follows the muscle response on the computer.A tensiomyography report on screen, with a muscle map and response curves for the left and right side of the body.A coach places the TMG sensor and electrodes on the client’s leg before measuring the muscle response. The TMG sensor in place on the thigh, with electrodes on either side of the muscle, just before the measurement.

Tensiomyography (TMG) Muscle response

Which muscle is lagging behind, before we build the plan.

A painless impulse measures the response of each muscle separately, with no effort on your part. The report shows the difference between the left and right side of the body.

Jump measurement on the Optojump system. The athlete takes off above the optical bars while two coaches follow the series of jumps. An athlete on the Optojump bars during a series of jumps, with a coach following the measured values on the computer.

Optojump Jump

The difference between the left and right leg, in milliseconds.

Optical jump measurement, in milliseconds. A series of jumps shows the quality of the take-off and the difference between the legs.

Preparing a Contemplas posture analysis. The client stands on the measuring plate in front of the grid while the coach places a marker on the leg.Reflective markers placed along the spine before a camera analysis of posture and gait.A coach reviews posture footage in the Contemplas software, with the camera on a tripod filming the client in the background.A Contemplas posture report on screen, with vertical axes and the measured deviations of the shoulders, hips and spine.

Contemplas Posture

How you stand and move, and where the load comes from.

Camera analysis of posture and gait. Body position is read from the footage, objectively and repeatably.

A coach reviews a Currex report on screen, a colour map of the pressure under both feet.Measuring foot pressure while standing. The client stands on the Currex plate while the coach follows the values on the computer.Foot pressure analysis in a squat, with the client on the Currex plate in front of the grid, photographed from behind.

Currex Foot pressure

How the foot carries the body, and where the weight rests.

A sensor plate measures foot pressure standing still and in stride. The report shows where the weight rests and how much the two sides differ.

The 90-day cycle

Three months pass between the test and the retest. Each new plan starts from a new measurement, because the body has changed in the meantime.

  1. Step 1Testing

A conversation about your sport, training volume and injury history, followed by a complete measurement on all five devices. The whole session takes 60 minutes.

  2. Step 2Report and plan

The written report explains what was measured and what it changes in your training. An individual programme comes with the report.

  3. Step 3One-to-one training

Sessions with your coach, one to one, lasting 60 to 120 minutes and guided by the plan from the report. Volume and intensity follow what the measurements show.

  4. Step 4Retest

The same measurements, under the same conditions, on the same devices. Progress is read by comparing the two reports, and the next plan starts from the new measurement.
