Through the request form on the website, we collect your full name, phone number, email address and age.
We also collect the reason you are contacting us, as well as a short answer to the follow-up question shown with that reason.
If the participant is under eighteen, we also collect the name and phone number of a parent or guardian.
If you contact us by WhatsApp message or by phone, we process the data you give us yourself in that message or call.
If you select in the form that you have an injury and need rehabilitation, you enter information about your health in the follow-up field. The law classifies such information as a special category of personal data and requires that we process it only with your explicit consent.
You give that consent by ticking the box in the form. We use this information solely to understand what you are coming to us with and to prepare for the conversation and the assessment.
Apart from the service providers through which the request reaches us, listed in the section on who we share data with, nobody receives this information, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
If you do not wish to enter this information, you can leave the follow-up field empty. The request can be sent without it.
We use the data to contact you, arrange an appointment and answer your question. This is the only purpose of collecting data through the form.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box at the bottom of the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before then.
We do not use the data for advertising messages or for profiling, and we do not send you anything you have not asked for.
We keep the data from your request for as long as necessary to reply to you and arrange an appointment.
If you become a user of our services, we keep the data in accordance with the obligations laid down by the regulations on keeping business records.
When the data is no longer needed for that purpose, we delete it. You can also request deletion earlier, using the contact details in the first section.
We do not sell data or pass it on to third parties for their marketing.
Data is accessed only by the centre’s employees and associates who need it to do their work, and only to the extent necessary for that work.
The website runs on the services of providers who process data on our instructions. Vercel Inc. hosts the website and receives the request from the form, and Google, through its Gmail service, transmits and stores the email containing the request.
Google Ireland Limited measures visits to the website, and only if you have accepted this on the cookie banner.
These providers may also process data outside Serbia, in countries of the European Union and in the United States of America.
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, as well as restriction of processing and data portability. You also have the right to object to processing.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason and without any consequences for your use of our services.
Send us your request using the contact details in the first section. We reply within the time limit set by law.
If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner. Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Beograd.
A person under eighteen cannot give consent to the processing of their data on their own. That is why, when an age under eighteen is entered, the form also asks for the name and contact details of a parent or guardian.
We publish a photograph in which a minor can be recognised only with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
When you first open the website, a banner at the bottom of the screen asks whether you accept cookies. Until you click ‘Accept’, the website sets no cookies and sends nothing about your visit to Google.
If you accept, we measure visits using the Google Analytics service. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_2WZ08FJRGP, which last for up to two years.
Google then receives from us information about which page you opened, which address you came from, your approximate location at city level and the type of device. We cannot identify you from this information.
We also record clicks on WhatsApp, clicks on the phone number and sent requests, so that we know which pages actually lead to contact.
Accepting also loads the Google map showing the centre’s location, at the bottom of the page and on the contact page. When loading the map, Google sets its own cookies, under its own privacy rules.
If you do not accept cookies, you can load the map by clicking ‘Show map’, for that visit only.
We store your choice in your browser, so that the banner does not ask you on every page. This is not a cookie and is not sent to anyone.
You can change your choice at any time, using the button below or the ‘Cookies’ link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, measurement stops immediately and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted.
We change this policy when the way we process data changes. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
With your permission, we measure visits to this website with Google Analytics and show a map of the centre. Both Google services set cookies when they load.
Without it the website works the same, only without measurement and without the map. You can read more in our privacy policy.
