Professional athletes

Baseline testing before pre-season, monitoring during the season, recovery after matches and a return to play after injury.

Sessions at the centre in New Belgrade are fitted around matches and travel, so the scope of the work is agreed in advance.

Experience inside professional clubs

The work at the centre is led by Goran Basarić, its founder and Head of Performance at AEK Athens. The approach he uses with the club’s staff is applied here too, on the same devices.

What we do across the season

A season has four moments when measurement changes a decision. The scope of the work is agreed according to how many of them matter to you.

Before pre-season

Baseline testing

A full set of measurements before the work begins, so it is clear what condition the athlete brings into pre-season.

The report shows what has dropped off during the break, which side is lagging behind and where the real starting point is.

During the season

Monitoring tests

Shorter measurements at agreed intervals, fitted around matches and travel.

We track whether the difference between the two sides is closing and whether explosiveness is dropping before the athlete feels it.

After a match

Recovery

Compression, electrical muscle stimulation and cooling at the centre, straight after the load or on the following day.

The aim is for the athlete to get back sooner to a state where they can train at full intensity again.

After an injury

Return to play

The work is gradual and follows the measurements, agreed with the doctor and physiotherapist in charge of the case.

No phase is skipped, because skipped phases are where the risk of reinjury is highest.

What you get

A written report for each athlete

Every measured value in one place, ready to compare at the next test.

Comparison across the season

The same tests, the same conditions and the same devices, so any change can be read in the numbers.

Sessions around your schedule

Testing and training are fitted around matches, travel and club commitments.

It starts with measurement

The first appointment is a test, and afterwards you know what condition you are taking into the season. The scope of further work and the session times are agreed around the match schedule.
